Often unable to use Consumables with Quick Use Button with Knife Equpped

- Description of Issue - Often, when trying to use consumable quick-use button [4 on keyboard], it doesn't work while knife is equipped. Will not work until I switch back to a firearm.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - N/A
- Repro steps - I'm not exactly sure what causes this or how to reproduce it. It's most often noticeable when I quickly swap to knife to attack a player that's pushing close range, or panic melee some UESC and then have to quickly heal or something. Then, I'll notice that I'm mashing 4, have a healing item showing in the corner for quick-use, but nothing is happening. Then I'll switch back to a firearm, and hitting 4 will suddenly work to use the healing item. There's something weird about having the knife equipped, maybe about having the knife equipped and hitting a target with it shortly after equipping it that disables the use of consumables from the quickslot. I don't really know. Other times, simply equipping the knife and running with it does not prevent the use of consumables. I think it has something to do with quickly equipping the knife and then hitting enemies with it, and then trying to use a consumable in quick succession.
- This happens on any shell, including bio-synth runner shells and Rook.
- LINKS: Don't have any, sorry. Don't have a good enough system to set up recording, and even if I did, it would be hard to show that I'm pressing 4 without setting up a key overlay, which I don't really know how to do.

I run into the same issue consistently while using melee. It seems most reproducible by getting hit with a melee attack from a UESC, almost always disables the quick use unless I hold 4 and reselect the smart heal function in the drop down menu.
I have this same issue. I think it triggers once I use heavy attack on my knife. Then I need to switch weapons before it fixes. Until you do that, I am unable to use my smart heal.
DEVS! I HOPE ITS HELP YOU TO FIX THIS BUG.
Repro steps:
1. The game settings for activating scope (aiming) need to be set to TOGGLE.
2. The default button for heavy knife punching is Right Mouse Button (as for aiming).
3. Take the knife and click Right Mouse Button.
4. You can no longer quickly heal with a single press of the "4" key (with knife on your hand).
By the way if you take the gun back into your hands then your scope will turn on immediately. Which means that after pressing the RMB with a knife, the game thinks you want to activate the scope and queues it before picking up the gun, which interferes with quick healing.
