Chemical damage count down timer froze at 0.17

Issue: received chemical damage in the boss room in the pinwheel, then the chemical damage timer got stuck at .17 seconds and kept getting damaged when revived.

Repro Step: jumped into the gas in the boss room as it was dissipating, visually didnt see the gas but still took damage
