BUG: ADS with a thermal Outland causes "return to combat zone" and eliminates

Was 3mins and 15secs in a DM run. Entered with a Blue Outland with a Blue Thermal Optic Mod. I downed and eliminated a runner firing 3 rounds, then reloading. Ran to the North main front entrance of maintenance coming from outside the eastern wall. Was near the fencing when I ADS towards the second floor inside. Return to the combat zone with a 4 second timer played and then I died. No other explanation.
