No Collision on Lower Half of Tree outside Hauler (Perimeter Map)

- Description of Issue - There is a tree that is missing collision outside of the "Hauler" POI on the map "Perimeter." Only the lower half of the tree is missing collision.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Saturday, March 14th, 1:21 PM. North American Servers
- Repro steps - Facing Southwest outside of Hauler, there is a tree next to two rocks, walking up to this tree allows the player to sit inside the tree due to there being no collision. When the player character jumps, the model's head hits the top of the tree. There is collision on the top half and branches of the tree, but not the trunk.
