Marathon Communication

The lack of a ticket submission system or live chat is hurting this games progress, myself and many others are having issues which recieve responses on here that ignore provided screenshots or facts stated in the report; offering a "solution" That has clearly already been tried, the Marathon team doesn't revisit these posts to see if their "solution" worked leaving players feeling ignored, dismissed and frustrated.

The twitch drop issue is clearly a huge one that could and should easily be solved, just open communications so the team can better understand the actual issue and not keep suggesting "refresh the page" or "disconnect and reconnect"
