Random crashes during random sessions

playing on steam on my gaming desktop

happened yesterday on the 13th around 8-9 pm ct time. 

This has happened a few times now, either possible from cpu bottlenecks somehow or from my ram randomly almost fully being used as well, but its random at best when it happens, i'll be mid game just moving around the area and depending i guess on where i am i'll look at a random object and the game will just instant or studderly freeze, maybe come back for a split second and then just full crash, cpu usage at what it's showing me at over 40-56+% wise and then at the height of the crash where i can't do anything really it'll cause almost all of my ram memory to be in use to where i saw at one point was using 30.8 gbs out of the 32 gbs of ram i have. not sure really what causes the crashes as i dont have mainly any frame issues and my house and system is consistently cool and cold so not sure really how the crashes are starting or being caused other than the symptoms i watch happen after it crashes. may be memory leak honestly but not sure 100%
