Shell Games III Description does not match requirements

The contract for Shell Games III states "In a single run, use any shell's prime and tactical abilities and defeat hostiles, especially other Runners."

However, the actual completion requirements are 

IN A SINGLE RUN:

Defeat UESC Recruits [5]

Defeat elite UESC [3]

Defeat UESC Commanders [1]

with no mention of ability useage OR Runners at all:
