Permanent Status effect on Outpost (Toxin)
In the Pinwheel final room, I gained the toxin but was unable to clear it via any method. It remained at 5 seconds.
We did not attempt a res from a full
Knockout.

It persisted for two and a half minutes past multiple self res’s, including one where it appeared to clear and then came back
I received this same bug but don't have a video of it. Lost a 10k kit because of this.
I hope the video is helpful and the possibility of returning any lost items is a easy fix.

I had the same issue happen last night. Cleared a whole lobby looted the entire pinwheel and then all 3 of us died to permanent toxin.
This has happened to as well and dont know what to do about my items
