Microphone icon glowing when talking but teammates can't hear me.

My teammates cant hear me in game and I cant hear them. This started happening all of a sudden. I know my configs are correct because I can see the mic icon moving, however my teammates cant see it and I cant see their icon moving while they are talking. I have made sure my char isnt muted by them as well.

Configs: 7800x3d, 9070xt, x870 aorus elite, TheSuperMo#5503, blackshark V2 XUSB.

I have tried different headset as well, and yes I did reboot my device, and yes I updated my device.
