Infinitely Reusable Thief Pickpocket Drone

Description of Issue - I found an exploit that allows for infinite usage of the Thief shells pickpocket drone, so long as you don't pickpocket with it. Can be abused for scouting/placing C4's on it. I'm not sure if the drone being destroyed affects this, but going out of bounds seems to. I'm assuming it has something to do with how the game handles cooldowns for unused abilities or abilities that are cancelled early.
Rough Date and Time of issue - March 8th or 9th maybe? It's still currently working.
Repro steps - Using the pickpocket drone, do NOT use the actual pickpocketing on it at all or it doesn't work. Once the drone expires the icon for the ability becomes red. Spam the button to use it again, in my case it's Q as an example. It will then be usable again immediately after it's done despawning.

[Edit] I tested it more and found that if you use the pickpocket attack with the drone, it still refreshes the drone. I found a player that let me test pickpocketing on them mid-run and after hitting them and stealing their item, it did NOT refresh the ability, so it can realistically only be abused for scouting.
