Xbox Series X total system crash

Description - At seemingly random times but only during gameplay my console will completely shut down. This is the only game this has happened with and did not happen during the server slam prior to release. I have since taken steps to clean out and dust my heat sink as that was the only thing dusty. I also have done a complete factory reset on the console and redownloaded the game after. This still happens after these steps. Rough Date and Time of issue - Last crash 12:37am MST
Repro steps - Seemingly happens at random with no specific indicators. Only happens during a match but happens across all three currently available maps.

Played the game yesterday for 6 hours with no issues. I have played 3 matches today and it shut off during the 2nd and 3rd. Roughly mid match. Only played on Outpost. As I have said this issue is very inconsistent as to when it has this issue.
Still having the issues. Extremely unpredictable and even has happened in the main menu
Console system crash happened twice in the same match of Cryo Archive. Currently the game is nearly unplayable.
My wife found something on another forum: someone said it might have to do with our power strip/surge protector that my Xbox is plugged into, so I'm trying it with the Xbox plugged straight into an outlet. I played a match before finding that info and disconnected right before a fight with players. Now I've done two runs plugged straight into the outlet and had no issues. Loading into my third now. I shall return with my findings.
I'm back with bad news. My Xbox is still crashing. I had 1 game crash and 2 full system crashes in my last run. 3 crashes in a SINGLE run. Like you said, it's basically unplayable at this point.
Yeah same thing I’ve tried multiple power ports and power strips. There are days where I can play for hours without any issue and then others where like you said I’ve crashed 2-3 times in a single match. Luckily no crashes on cryo archive yet but I’ve only played it sparingly for that reason alone. Still the only game I’ve had this issue with.
Yeah, I'm still crashing. I think my xbox just has too much dust in it, causing it to overheat. It's crazy that it has only happened with this game, but that's the only thing that makes sense to me because my wife also plays on a Series X and has no issues whatsoever. I'm probably going to try and open mine up and get all the dust out of there. We'll see...
I wish I could say that was the issue but I had mine professionally cleaned and still has the issue. From what I’ve found if I crash, after I finish the match I have to unplug my console for 5 minutes to let it discharge and then after that it seems to be fine for a while. That’s all I’ve been able to figure out from our conversations. It’s very frustrating and also frustrating that we haven’t received any comments on this issue. I love the game but I hope they can get it figured out sooner rather than later tbh…
