Invincible UESC Recruit shooting through walls

Had a weird encounter with a UESC recruit. I wanna say that it also looked unfamiliar but I also usually am usually too busy shooting or being shot to fully pay attention so it might just be a standard model. I thought it was a player hacking at first but... nope, showed up as a UESC recruit. It had been shooting me through walls earlier as well (although I thought it was just tagging part of me that was sticking out from around a pillar at the time), and I was looping back in this video to try and kill it.

Ah shoot sorry, knew I was forgetting something!

Platform: Steam

Date and time: Saved the replay at 1:51am so it was somewhere between 1:45am-1:50am on 3/13.

Repro steps: No idea, honestly. I had seen some players fighting near here, and then I saw an extract go off (although thinking back now, the blue beam never appeared until the moment they extracted, and it only appeared for a second or so? Not sure if this is normal, or maybe how guarded extracts work, or just an unrelated visual bug). Nothing else out of the ordinary.
