Dire Marsh Game Error
Hi! Loving the game so much but had one particular sour note yesterday. Relaying here for your awareness (and hopefully gear return) in format requested. Thanks!
Bungie Account Name - Slemonade#2386,
Platform - PlayStation 5
Description of Issue - While playing at Dire Marsh with my team, we triggered a UESC lockdown. An enemy runner team waited outside. When I moved towards the enemy, I heard a shot sound and immediately went to a loading screen. I stayed in the screen for a while but eventually closed the game to reboot and reconnect to help my team. I checked the internet on other devices and PS5; all were working. When I reconnected, my team was already wiped.
*Worth noting I used prox chat just before so they would have seen my username. I thought it might also be an exploit instead of a game error but I’m not a tech guy.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/11/26 at 7:48pm EST
Repro steps - Tried going to the same area later and had no issue.

Hi thanks for the quick response! I saw a discord message a few days ago saying Bungie is looking into the prevalence of weasel codes, which makes it sound like it might not just be my internet.
Like I said my internet was working on all devices and my PS5 perfectly prior to, during, and after this. My video also shows no connection warnings prior.
Is gear refund possible in this case?
