PS5 Pro - Cannot see teammates contracts

Platform - PlayStation 5 Pro
Description of Issue - I cannot see my teammates contracts (fill team, not premade) under any view. Not in map, not out of game, not on in game UI. While I see my own, nothing displays for the other two players.
Rough Date and Time of issue - has been this way consistently since shortly after launch. Unclear what triggered initially.
Repro steps - no way to recreate because I haven’t found a way to fix. Tried reinstalling game, clearing system cache, rebuilding database. Nothing changes on restarts, etc.
