Reward Pass: Duplicate Weapon Charm Reward

In the Reward Pass on Page 3 and 4 the Weapon Charm "Satiated Bliss" exists twice. Once as a stand alone Charm and once as a package with 2 Achromatic Smach Sticker. I dont think thats supposed to be?
