Knife cosmetic takes players voucher

Have proof on your discord server uploaded in run clips. I was unsure of it I wanted to spend my deluxe version Voucher on S1 pass. My first day i went to the store, and saw that the knife Achromatic Rush was available from the S1 premium rewards bundle. I viewed the cosmetic in Loadout--> Customize, where I saw it had the option to purchase it! I thought to myself "surely I want the exlclusive knife skin, and it says it is only 1 lux! This must be a way for the devs to offer an exclusive item from the season to early players without requiring the battle pass, to incentivize them to purchase some Lux." I bought 500 lux, and made the purchase for Achromatic Rush for 1 Lux. I retained 500 lux, and it gave me the skin for seemingly free! When I later decided I wanted the pass, I went through the process to redeem my voucher. It tells me insufficient funds. My voucher was stolen by the 1 Lux Knife Cosmetic, and I have no access to the pass rewards. I have proof, I can show you how to replicate it, and you have a tough job to do, hunting down players who are missing their Voucher because of this UI glitch. You cannot send bulk compensation to everyone because it wouldn't be fair to the people who got caught in this glitch, and would be costly. How can you refund our pass vouchers??? There are quite a few affected, I would say about 10 posts or comments have been made by players.
