Age Verification Bug (Ticket #446256)
I am posting here because the Destiny 2 Help Forum is restricting me from creating a topic, stating that "my account does not meet the requirements." This is part of a larger issue where my account has been incorrectly flagged as a minor.
I am an ADULT player, and I have already submitted a Privacy Request with my official Government ID attached (Ticket #446256). However, the automated system keeps closing my tickets, and my entire activity history has disappeared from the "My Activities" page.
I have no other way to reach a human agent. Could someone please look into Ticket #446256 and verify my age manually? I am currently locked out of all communication features in-game and even on the help forums.
