Lost everything due to a server connection error

Me and my mates were on dire marsh with 2 keys + over 20k loot, we got engaged by a team, and then as I was shooting I was dropped out of the game, same with my other mate, it took some time to reconnect just to discover that my whole team was wiped out and our loot gone. If this game does not refund what was lost I will stop playing your game. Fix it.
