Rewards pass purchased on deluxe
I have purchased the rewards pass whilst deluxe was bugged and didn't realise the reward pass was included. Now it has fixed and I didn't get a ticket for a future pass or lux refunded

We understand that you purchased a premium rewards pass before receiving the voucher from your Deluxe Edition purchase. If you didn't use your premium rewards voucher, then you can use it next season. It should appear when you navigate to the season pass screen when a new one is available, allowing you to spend it.
If, when a new season releases, you find you still can't use the voucher, then please reach out via the following form. We'll be happy to investigate.
Just to confirm, I also haven't had anything pop up in the store to claim my ticket so I don't think I will have one stored as such. Is there something that can be done for this or just wait till next season?
