Can't get voice or text chat to work on son's account.
Son can't activate voice or text chat in-game in Marathon.
We have done all parental permissions on PSN and bungie.net.
Even after, no access to the settings in "social" tab. everything is grayed out instead.

-Son's Bungie account: Sevygy#3560
-Both are on PSN
Issue is persistent.

When all chat options in the Social tab are permanently greyed out, it could point to an age / account‑level restriction. That can happen if:
If the child’s date of birth is set below the communication age threshold, those in‑game chat settings can still be locked even after you loosen platform and Bungie parental controls. In that case you’d use the Data Privacy / Age Gate form to ask support to review the DOB/age flag:
