Overflow of Silk Missing from Deluxe Edition Purchase
BTW this is a repost of my issue. I guess I put it in the wrong one last time and was redirected here, but they didn't say what Topic, so I assume this one should be okay?
I bought the Collector's Edition of Marathon back in January and it came with a digital deluxe code for PS5, which included 200 Silk. Come launch day, I have 140 silk and 60 silk overflow. I spend the 140 silk on the rewards pass (I redeemed the free pass with the deluxe edition), and I get to 0 silk, but I still had 60 overflow. Since then, I would just play and earn silk and spend it, but it would still just say 60 in overflow. Then I hop off with 30 silk (and still 60 in overflow), hop back on the next day with 30 silk and no overflow. It just disappeared, and I never got it. While silk isn't too hard to earn, I would still like the silk I paid for please.
Also, if possible, while I'm sending this report, I'm missing the Twitch gun skins and backgrounds (I think there was a post about y'all trying to fix this) (And I'm missing them from both the Server Slam & Launch Rewards), I'm also missing the Server Slam emblem & player background (Complex Study Emblem & Beta.exe Background), but maybe y'all changed that to the (Breach Protocol Emblem & Background) or maybe I got that for being in the Closed Alphas for April and October? Also, the ARG Discord bot, said it would send a code, but never did. I'm mostly just asking for some clarification on these things, and I know a couple of my friends and people in the Discord server are also confused as well for this stuff.

Sure, my Bungie name is Zequtm#1004, I'm on a PlayStation 5, and while I don't remember exactly I believe it was either Friday (Mar 6th) or Saturday (Mar 7th).
Unfortunately, I don't have any screenshots or video recording. I wasn't expecting it to just disappear. I thought it would eventually just go into my normal silk balance.
Also purchased deluxe upgrade while having 140/140 silk and did not get the 200 from the deluxe.
I am on steam, Undead#9230 Bought today just now.
seems like my overflow is at 200, but cant access it?
So just now I got an inbox message with the Server Slam emblem, "Complex Study", I accepted it, but I didn't receive it. As in it not in my inventory/unlocked emblems. This was today (March 10th) at 3:30pm ish CDT.
I did try restarting the game completely, but it didn't fix/change anything.
