FPS drops when encrypted sponsor kit equipped in inventory

- Description of Issue - When equipping an encrypted sponsor kit or any kit with the random weapon, menu FPS will drop considerably.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Any day, any time. Not crash issue.
- Repro steps - Equip any kit with random weapon on infiltration and menu FPS will considerably be lower
