Loss of all loot because of the Weasel error.

- Description of Issue - I lost all my loot because of the Weasel error. The issue clearly wasn’t on my side, so I would appreciate some form of compensation, as the loot I lost was quite valuable. The issues start at around 3:40 in the video.

Error Code: WEASEL is a general networking error, which usually means the connection between your network and our servers is having trouble staying stable. In most cases, it can be improved by going through our standard connection checks:

Use a wired connection if possible
If you’re on Wi‑Fi, try switching to a wired Ethernet connection, even temporarily. This helps rule out Wi‑Fi signal strength or interference as the cause.
Power cycle your hardware
Fully power down your platform and your modem/router (unplug them for about 30 seconds), then start the modem/router first, wait for it to come fully online, and then start your platform and relaunch the game.
Reduce other network usage
Make sure there are no big downloads/streams or VPNs running on the same network while you’re playing, and close any background apps that might use bandwidth.
Try a different network, if you can
If the issue continues after the above, testing on a different connection (for example, a different home network) is a good way to see if the problem is specific to your current ISP or router setup.
If you’ve gone through the full troubleshooting in the WEASEL article and you’re still seeing frequent disconnects, especially when other online games and apps are stable, the next step would be to share these details with your ISP and have them check for packet loss or routing issues between you and our servers.
