Unable to Use Items After Switching to Melee While Aiming with Toggle ADS Enabled

When I change the weapon aiming setting to Toggle ADS in the game settings, an issue occurs. While aiming, if I switch to a melee weapon, I become unable to use items. I must switch back to my primary weapon and cancel aiming before I can use items normally again.

    I also encountered a bug when using Toggle ADS where after attacking with the right mouse button, I couldn't use skills or medical items, and after performing a heavy attack with a melee weapon, switching to a gun would automatically activate the scope.
