Unable to Use Items After Switching to Melee While Aiming with Toggle ADS Enabled
When I change the weapon aiming setting to Toggle ADS in the game settings, an issue occurs. While aiming, if I switch to a melee weapon, I become unable to use items. I must switch back to my primary weapon and cancel aiming before I can use items normally again.

I also encountered a bug when using Toggle ADS where after attacking with the right mouse button, I couldn't use skills or medical items, and after performing a heavy attack with a melee weapon, switching to a gun would automatically activate the scope.
We'll pass it along to the developer for investigation.

Description of Issue - Unable to use consumables after switching to the knife while Toggle Zoom is used for ADS
Rough Date and Time of issue - 20/03/2025 maybe since release???
Repro steps
1. Make sure Toggle Zoom action is bound to a key
2. Start the game and Toggle Zoom
3. Switch to knife then try using a consumable
