Server Slam & Game Launch Twitch Drops Campaigns - Still Not Received.
2 Sets of Twitch Drops Not Delivered in Marathon Game (27th Feb + 5th Mar 2026). 2 Separate Campaigns - 1 for "Server Slam" event. 1 for Game Launch Event. Fulfilled the requirements needed and claimed - attempted on PC desktop and Mobile App. Linked and re-linked accounts (Game+Bungie+Twitch) yet it has been 11 days and still not received any items in first batch from Server Slam or 2nd Batch from Launch Event Campaign 5 days ago). I understand that it is a known issue on Bungie's end for the 2nd batch. I have friends who have had no issue with this and have received all rewards. I have provided screenshots as evidence. If you need any other info please let me know. I have also submitted a ticket via Twitch and their Support instructed me to contact Bungie Support. I hope you can help resolve this issue. Thank you for your time.

After taking a look, I can see that the Drop in question has already been claimed so you should be able to see it on Twitch by navigating to your Inventory page.
If the Drop appears to be missing from your Twitch inventory, please note that Drops can take around 24 hours to update. We also recommend checking that you’re signed into the appropriate Twitch account and checking that you have linked the correct game account with your Twitch account. You should be able to verify the game-account involved by navigating to the game/developer’s connection page, while Twitch account connections are available via your Connections page. It is only possible to link one account from the same developer to a specific Twitch account, so verifying this information should help narrow down the possibilities.
After checking your accounts, if you are still having trouble accessing the reward in-game, please note that the developer of the game is responsible for fulfilling Drop rewards on their service. In this case it will be necessary to reach out to the game developer's team for assistance. While we have some visibility related to a Twitch account’s link-status, but we cannot see what specific game account was used or grant the rewards on their service ourselves.
In the case that an incorrect account was linked, we are unable to facilitate a second opportunity to redeem the Drop and we would encourage you to contact the developer directly in this scenario as well.
