I died intsantly after activating a TAD. I did not even get downed.
I died without a player killing me. Did not got downed and lost all of my loot. Can I recover it?

We are aware of issues with instant‑death bugs/areas on the maps (e.g., specific spots on Perimeter and Dire Marsh) that can drop players straight to death with no warning.
On the loot side, there isn’t a way for Support to restore items lost in a run or roll back your account to before that death. Once a run is over and your crew is out, any gear that was left behind in your death box or on the field can’t be recovered on our end.
What we can do is make sure this instant‑death behavior gets properly investigated. If you’re able, please reply with:

Platform (Steam / Xbox / PS5)
Map/region where this happened (e.g., Dire Marsh / Perimeter and any nearby landmarks)
Approximate time + timezone of the death
Whether you were using any specific core/implant/ability when you activated the TAD
Any video or screenshots you might have, you can upload to sites like Imgur or Youtube, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
That information helps the team track down and fix “no‑down state / instant death” spots like the one you hit.
