Experiencing frame drops every 10-15 seconds
I preordered the game, went to play it on release day but I haven't been able to play the game at all due to these terrible frame drops. It would run a consistent 75-90 fps but it would drop down to 5-15 fps every 15 seconds. Those frame drops would last about 3-6 seconds. No matter if I am in the main menu, settings, or in game, the frame drops would continue. When the frames don't drop, the game runs smoothly. My specs should be able to handle the game just fine according to the minimum hardware requirements on steam. I have tried it on both my HDD and SSD, uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying game files, I have optimized the graphics and settings, also have optimized my computer's settings, and nothing has changed.
