Audio Hollow and Tinny Sound Everywhere Over USB or BT

Audio sounds hollow and tinny with exception of weapons fire. Footsteps are also sound out of sync to me. Issue appears even when connected via USB-C, no spatial audio, no sound enhancement. https://youtu.be/ZAiOWuypOn0

Hello there,
Thank you for the report, video, and additional information.
We are aware of these audio issues and are currently investigating.
This might be a windows problem, I've had it happen with my XM4s. Try going in to device manager and look under "sound, video and game controllers" and see if there's anything there about Hands-free. If you see it, disable it. Do the same under Bluetooth. This fixed the audio for me but but it does disable the mic part of the headset
