Pc performance
I'm experiencing poor performance and low utilisation.
RTX 4070ti
32gb ram
7600x
High settings DLSS quality and the FPS fluctuates in perimeter, it can drop from 120 to 100 and stay there with the CPU and GPU at 60% usage
