Lost gear in menu?

Bug occurred: 03/09/26 approximately 11:30 am EDT

There I was. I just successfully exfilled as a lowly rook, two runner elims under my belt and a blue backpack full of goodies. The first blue backpack I've ever successfully exfilled with. I collect some things from the codex and go to clear my vault overflow to make room for my new gear when I notice that it's just gone. Only the blue backpack. Not in vault overflow, not in my vault, not in my load out (as I`m playing rook and don't have a loadout.) just gone. Not sure what could have caused it, I went down at a guarded exfil but still managed to escape alive. I just want it back.
