I got stuck in a wall in pinwheel, unable to move for the rest of the game and lost everything can you please fix that

It occurred a the end of the drone wing i revived myself and got stuck in a wall you can see it in the youtube video could you do something about the loot i was excited to try out the sniper i got
Not the drone wing sorry the destroyed wing near the button to open the command door
