Killed upon extraction

My friends and I were playing perimeter and brought in multiple locked keys for the boxes, spent whole game looting then when we went to do an extraction instead of returning us home safe it killed us. All 3 of us were inside the circle when the 10 seconds were up. We even used a key room card and lost everything.
