loading issues

I am having trouble loading the game after i have downloaded it. I get the Battleye launcher up and it say loading but then it fails and wont load.

I have tried restarting steam multiple time and still no luck.

PC specs and operating system would probably be helpful.

I should have no ploblems running with the processor I have as I run alot of games with it that i should not be able to.
