knife skin/strange item in vault (related?)
I've seen several bug reports about the "achromtic rush" knife skin not appearing for players & I'm experiencing the same issue, however I noticed I have a "premium rewards pass voucher" that is taking up a slot in my vault storage that I'm not sure what it's purpose is. I bought the deluxe edition upgrade after having purchased the full game & was able to redeem the deluxe edition skins/redeem the battlepass, but the achromatic rush knife will not appear in game even after unequipping/requipping/switching to other knife skins etc & I'm wondering if it's related to this.

wasnt accepting my previous screenshot of the skin confirmed as equipped due to file size (the error at the bottom of the text box is WAY too small and faint, consider making the text color not off-white gray on a white background at 10% opacity?)

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your knife skin and with these vouchers appearing. We've received reports of both issues and are investigating them further. Regarding the issue with the voucher, these are purely visual and have no effect on acquiring Reward Passes. They can be safely discarded without affecting any access you have or want to the Reward Pass.
