I'm having the same problem. I have unlocked all the twitch drops in my twitch inventory, tried unlinking and relinking my twitch account from my bungie account, and the only twitch drops I have received is the bingus cat pfp and sticker as well as the free kit.
If bungie support could help me out that would be much appreciated.
Same problem with the same drops missing, the lastest drop delivered just fine so the connection to twitch is not the problem.
