Unable to claim items from messages

I have messages with items to claim. There is no claim Icon. My husband also has the game and he had an option to claim which he verified was absent from mine. I also got double of one of the messages. Checked my inventory to see if I had the cosmetics that are not in a crate, I didn’t have them in my inventory.
