Server Crash (Lost all the equipment)
I was in the middle of a run in in Perimeter when the server suffered a total disconnect. I was immediately kicked to the "Eliminated" screen despite having a stable local internet connection. Upon logging back in, all the gear I entered the match with was gone and has not appeared in my mailbox.
Bungie has stated that in case the users experience server crashes that lead to losing the gear it would be refunded, therefore I fully expect for this to be respected. I ask for the gear to be refunded as soon as possible.
In case of failure of refund of gear I will be proceeding with the refund on steam citing that Bungie did not fulfill its obligations to the consumer.

Teammate also got DC'd with only the option to "Continue Waiting?"
Hey TheHelpMaster, thank you for commenting. I am not aware as I was playing with 2 random players as myself.
I found the issue in the logs. Turns out it was a Kernel Crash, please see the logs and verify for yourself.
I dont think the Kernel Error has anything to do with this at all, since many people had this thing happened at around the same time.
Multiple people getting a Kernel Error for no reason and getting DC'd is much rarer compared to winning a jackpot
you are right, the Kernel Crash is unrelated as its always running in the background and was not directly involved
this has to be server related then
