Bug: My shields auto-regenerated each time I downed somebody.
I can't find any core or implant that allows this to happen. I can't seem to replicate it. I only noticed it after the fact, and I have no idea what I was running. You can see a quick screenshot of my build at the end, but no details. All green stuff. And I think this was during the server slam, not the full game...Clip is below via Twitter/X.
