Lost items after matter transfer was complete
I was on the final extract in Outpost. I went into the exfil circle and was still inside the entire time. I had a matter transfer complete pop up on the top left but when I was brought back to the game, it showed the death screen and I lost all my items.

Order of operation for me was, trigger an exfil (A) 30 second before final exfil (B) comes online, waited until about 5 seconds left on final exfil (B) timer before getting into the ring of the previous exfil (A), which starts a 10 seconds exfil timer. Extracted succesfully, got the fancy graphics etc, but the screen afterwards said I was eliminated and lost all gear. Seems like a pretty major game breaking bug.
