Match doesn't load

Me and two friends tried to load into a match, however the match doesn't load, there is only an infinite black screen even after restarting the game, and the game tells me if I disconnect I will lose all my items, but If I reconnect my friends and I just see and empty black screen, no error message, nothing.

I have a video, I guess I just lost all of my blue loot.
