Unplayable Mouse Delay
I'm experiencing mouse delay in-game that is so horrendous I cannot play the game at all. I have tried changing every graphic setting I can, disabled Steam/Discord overlays, shut down every other application, switched to windowed screen, etc. Nothing has helped this. The mouse comes in waves, but isn't paired with frame drops. I can consistently get 60fps in any area of the world I visit, but the mouse delay and lagging never go away. Makes the game unplayable, as I cannot seriously contend in a single gunfight. Not sure what to do...
