Unable to Edit most settings due to permissions?
Bungie account acting as if I have parental controls or something? I'm a 34 year old man. Can't edit almost any settings (they are greyed out). There is an indicator icon that says "PERMISSIONS" below "ABOUT". Can't change anything on bungie account. Please advise.

I have the same issue. Haven’t found a way to solve it either. I sent a message to support and nothing so far.

Yes. So what i had to do was use another psn account as the parent and scan the QR code given on my account. I then approved all features such as voice chat etc.., and then when i logged into my own bungie account, i had the option to enable voice chat etc. Hope this helps! 👍
