Game Close/Crash Loading Into Tutorial

Yesterday, March 5, my game would just close/crash after trying to load the tutorial. Today, March 6, I tried to get into the tutorial again but I was shown the rutabaga error. I tried it a few more times and it kept giving the error, but now the game just keeps closing/crashing again. I was able to play the server slam just fine, so I don't know why I can't get into the game now.

This error code is usually shown when the performance drops below a sustainable threshold. I had looked earlier today when I had first gotten the error code. If I could change my settings, I'm sure my game would run fine. The only problem with that is that I cannot access the settings menu since my game crashes before I even get into the tutorial stage.
