Disconnection Before Paired With Crew -- Lost All Items

As title states, I started matchmaking but screen went black and game seemingly froze for 10 minutes. I closed game and tried to reconnect but game would not load. I lost all items.

Hey, dropping this here as its the only post mentioning the same thing I'm experiencing. Two different runs about an hour apart where the game closed with no warning, leaving me to restart to either spectate or give up on my items. Not the biggest deal, but very annoying when I load back in to my team in combat.
PC player
I'm playing on Steam and it occurred at approximately 3:30pm EST. It was my first run of the day (if you have internal access to game history)
