Messages in Mailbox Jump to the top

While reading messages like "Marathon Starter Tips" in the mailbox, it seems the graphic at the beginning causes the message to jump to the top whenever the graphic animation reloads.

- Description of Issue - I have same issue, when in mail box and reading message scrolling slowly down it just randomly puts me back on top like every 30 seconds or something, it even makes a noise like refresh or something? But it shouldn't scroll me back up...
- Rough Date and Time of issue - After completing tutorial
- Repro steps - Open mailbox scroll down wait 30 seconds
