Deluxe Edition/ Pre Order not Recieved

I purchased the Deluxe edition on steam and do not have access to the rewards pass, any of the pre order rewards, or anything else that I was supposed to get, Bungie ID: Niquom#9423 Steam is Niquom, no idea why it isn't registering and I tried to enable and unenable the DLC in my steam library and still it isn't registering.

    Thanks for reporting this, and I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to access your Pre-Order and Deluxe Edition content. The devs have been alerted to this issue and are currently working on a fix. We apologize for the worry this has caused.

  • Same here. I Pre-ordered Deluxe Edition on Steam and reached level 30 in the Server Slam. I know they commented on the server slam rewards, but I can’t access the rewards pass, have no skins, and no Silk or Lux

  • Got some of the pre-order deluxe skins, but missing two. Seems like a UI glitch, it shows there are new items in the customization, but not seeing them for Triage or Recon

  • Yeah I still have yet to receive my Pre-Order/Digital Deluxe items either. I've tried reinstalling and verifying the installed files and still nothing

  • I cannot get any of my pre-order or deluxe edition It also says I just started this bungie account But I bought destiny 2 at release an played a good while so Im confused. Would like someone from bungie to address this issue everyone is having or refund the extra money.

    Just following up with an update to let you know that we have resolved the issue preventing you from acquiring your Deluxe Edition items. If you haven't already, please restart the Marathon game client and your items will automatically be available in the Customization menu. 

    We'll also be gifting 150 LUX currency to everyone affected by this delay. Please restart and login to Marathon by Friday, March 6 at 9 AM PT and we'll deliver your LUX by Saturday, March 7 at 9 AM PT.
