Fps cap at 70

Hello, played the whole server slam, tested a whole different settings and the best i could have is stabilizing around 70 fps, sometimes dropping to 60.

I have a RTX 2070 super, an amd ryzen 7 3700x, 8gb ram. Feel like the game should run smoother. Maybe just a feeling.

Played with a lower resolution, i believe something around the 1300x800 range. Full screen, every setting to low beside player model in medium, nvidia reflex activated (no boost). Nothing wrong with gpu usage, and no spike in temperature (mostly around the 60-70 range which is pretty average). No clue abt cpu tho.
