High cpu usage
Specs:
Cpu: i7-13800h
Gpu: 6950XT
Ram: DDR5 5200mhz 40Gbs
My cpu usage is maxed out instantly with low gpu usage(40-60%) on a high resolution monitor i have a 32:9 ultrawide 5140:1440p
This doesn’t happen on any other game
Examples:
Resident evil 9
Arc raiders
Marvel rivals
Etc
Even turning my resolution scale to 140% i don’t decrease fps until my cpu stops bottlenecking and starts decreasing fps. Turning on fsr to performance doesnt increase my fps because im still cpu bottlenecked. I can also turn my settings from low to max and have the same exact fps as on low.

Also drawing 300Watts on the main menu and maxing my cpu on the main menu
