DCON not showing up on map

I noticed this multiple times doing contracts that require DCON drop-off. Sometimes the DCON icons would show up after getting the required resources, and sometimes they wouldn't show up at all. Sometimes only 1 icon would show up. I was struggling to find the DCON's at first, so I looked up a youtube video of someone else doing it and they opened their map and had 4 icons with all 4 DCON's labeled. My biggest fear is that this may be true for other conditional POIs for quests and become a real pain point for some if there are many other quests like this. I feel like I experienced this also with the Hazard keys sometimes indicating where the key went on the map with a blue key icon, and sometimes nothing happened. I have a feeling there is something wrong with maybe all conditional map icons. This may be unrelated but when playing the rook I never showed up on my own map. If this is intended, please put red letters at the top of the map when playing as rook, indicating "shell tracking is disabled for unsanctioned shell" or something.
